Hazel McCaskill Clendenin, 78 of 179 Simmons Rd. died Tuesday, May 5, 2009 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital, Pinehurst.
Funeral service will be 3:00 PM. Sunday, May 10, 2009 at First Wesleyan Church, where she was a member, with the Rev. Wilson Harris and her son Pastor Randy Clendenin officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Rest Cemetery.
Mrs. Clendenin was a native of Moore County and was a homemaker, she was preceded in death by her husband: Albert G. Clendenin, Brothers: Glenn and Arthur McCaskill and daughter-in "law: Patricia Clendenin.
Surviving is: Judy C. Hancock and husband John of Whispering Pines, Joy Clark and husband Jerry of Pittsboro, Jill Lambert of Robbins, Albert Clendenin, Jr. and wife Judy of Robbins, Steve Clendenin of Robbins, Randy Clendenin and wife Suzanne of Whispering Pines and Gary Clendenin and wife Angela of Apex sisters: Vera Freeman of Biscoe, Ann Slade of Pinehurst and Kinza Ritter of Carthage. 21 Grandchildren and 7 Great-grandchildren; Son "in "law: Vance Lambert of Robbins.
