Helen Brown Welch

Helen Brown Welch, 69, passed away Monday, October 5, 2020 at her home.

Helen was born in Moore County on February 14, 1951 to the late Roscoe Calvin Brown and Dorothy Beulah  Boone Brown. She worked in the textile industry for many years.   Helen enjoyed caring for her home, working in her yard and making crafts.  She especially liked to crochet and knit. Time spent with all her family was a blessing to her. She loved all her grandchildren very much. Helen was preceded in death by children: Wendy Sue Jernigan, Donald Wayne Callihan; sister: Marie Patterson, brother: James Walter Brown.. 

Helen is survived by daughter: Tina Marie Callihan; 8  grandchildren, 19  great grandchildren; sister: Rebecca Gates; brothers: Willie Brown, Edward Brown, many nieces, nephews and friends.  

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM, Saturday, October 10, 2020 at Kennedy Funeral Home, Robbins, NC.

Everyone is asked to follow COVID safety recommendations if attending the visitation.
