J. Richard Loving, age 68 of 321 Loving Road died Tuesday (January 23, 2007) at his residence.
Funeral Services will be 3:00 PM Thursday at Cameron Baptist Church conducted by the Rev. Dr. Wayne Greene. Burial will follow in Cranes Creek Cemetery.
A native of Richmond County he was a son of the late Frank and Jessie Thomas Loving. He moved to Moore County at the age of 12 and spent the rest of his life in Cameron. He was a US Army Veteran and worked as a Railroad Conductor for CSX, retiring in 2001.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Marsh Loving; daughter Debbie Beard and husband Jerry of Southern Pines; sons Jimmy Loving and wife Nora of Cameron, Joel Loving and wife Patricia of Cameron; sister Mary Lou Yow and husband Tony of Sanford; brothers Tommy Loving and wife Judy of Cameron, Eddie Loving and wife Barbara of Cameron; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Cameron Baptist Church Fellowship Hall and other times at the residence.
