Jacob (Jay) A. Stemmer, 94, died Monday January 11, 2010 in Pinehurst.

Born October 29, 1915 in Wilkes Barre, PA he was a son of the late Jacob and Allie Quigley Stemmer.
Mr. Stemmer was a WWII Army Veteran and the owner of an Insurance Agency.
He is survived by a daughter, Suzanne Huston, two sons, Wayne and Jay Stemmer.
