James David Simmons

James David Simmons, age 49 of Robbins passed away Friday at Wesley Long Hospital in Greensboro.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday at Collins Chapel Congregational Church, 504 Bellview Rd. Robbins. Elders Ray Smith and Freddy Smith will be officiating.
A native of Moore County he was a 1983 graduate of North Moore High School and had formerly worked with Klaussner Furniture and UPS.
He was preceded in death by his father James Edward Simmons.
He is survived by his mother Louise Smith Simmons; sister Tammy Foxx and husband Chris of Greensboro; nieces Briana and Brittany Foxx; nephew Christian Foxx.
There will be a wake at Kennedy Funeral Home in Robbins Monday from 7:00 – 8:00 PM. The family will receive friends other times at the home.
