Jessie Pearl Tyner

CARTHAGE
Jessie Pearl Speer Tyner, age 88,, of Carthage went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 5, 2009.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday at Priest Hill Presbyterian Church with the Rev Archie Stevens and the Rev. Mike Herring officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
A native of Yadkin County she was the daughter of the late John and Lulu Speer. She retired from Quality Mills and was a lifelong member of Priest Hill Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Albert Tyner and a son, Roger M Tyner, sister, Alice Braddock and brothers, Dave Speer, Harrison Speer and Hubert Speer.
She is survived by her son, Floyd Tyner and wife, Joyce of Carthage, daughter, Clara Sheffield and husband, Jerry of Robbins, daughter Brenda Cummings and husband, Larry of Carthage, daughter, Janet Sineath of the home and son, Randy Tyner and wife, Debbie of Carthage; sisters Halia Marsh of Carthage, Nellie Parrish of Savannah, Ga; brother, Tom Speer of Carthage; Nine grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM on Saturday at Priest Hill Presbyterian Church.
