Jimmy D. Kennedy, age 77 of Robbins died Monday (September 20, 2010) at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst.
A graveside service will be 10:00 AM Wednesday at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church cemetery conducted by the Rev. James Stalnaker and Edwin Moore.
A native of Moore County he worked in Textiles most of his life. He was preceded in death by his mother Sally Kennedy.
There are no immediate survivors. He has a local cousin who helped him and looked after him Jimmy Kennedy and his wife Pam of Robbins.
Visitation will be at Kennedy Funeral Home on Tuesday from 6:00 - 8:00 pm.
Memorials may be made to any local BB&T bank to help defer funeral expense.
