Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. I will always remember Michael hanging out with my cousin Ted Montjoy. We were always laughing and having innocent fun. 40 years ago, another life time.

  2. Our thoughts and prayers are with Michael’s family. I have known him since I was a teenager when I drove for his Aunt Mary and Uncle Jimmy Havner before Jimmy got his driver’s license. We at times would play games with his Mother Shirley when she lived next door to her Mother. He would have been about six and his sister was younger. It seems like only yesterday but it has been a little over fifty years. I didn’t see him often but he would always speak to me if nothing else but throwing his hand up and speaking in that way. Shirley and family please read Psalm 23 and the 14th chapter of John. The verses there will comfort, help and strengthen you if you will allow the Lord to minister to you. I pray that you will. We are praying for you all!!!!!!!!

    Paul and Linda Horner

  3. There was never a time when I would happen to see Michael somewhere that he would start talking right where we had left off the last time that we had seen each other. It didn’t matter where where or when he seen you the was always quick to talk or atleast sphad the plheavenly father & more than likely fishing with his dad. Until we meet again, Love always your little cuz Tina

  4. Sincere sympathy to Shirley, Mary, and Jimmy and to all the family. Michael was a beautiful little boy who grew into a handsome young man who was always friendly and willing to help a friend. We did not see him often as an adult but he will be missed and we are saddened by his passing. Praying for God to comfort and wrap his loving arms around each of his family.

  5. There was never a time when I would happen to see Michael somewhere that he would start talking right where we had left off the last time that we had seen each other. It didn’t matter where or when he seen you he was always quick to talk or atleast acknowledge/speak. Tonight he is with our heavenly father & more than likely fishing with his dad. Until we meet again, Love always your little cuz Tina

  6. Michael was a very special person. I loved it when he would go hunting with me and Barnie and just hanging out at the house. I can just imagine Michael, Barnie Comer and Ted Montjoy together again.

  7. I would like to extend my heartfelt sympathies to Michael’s family. Michael was a good friend to me and a whole lot of other people. He was a strong, brave, loyal and honest man that persevered through some hard knocks in life. Despite the circumstances and obstacles he faced, he was almost always a happy, fun-loving guy that would give you the shirt off his back if he thought you needed it. He was well-liked and deserved better than he got in life. He was like a brother to me. I’ll never forget Michael for his friendship, for the good man he was, and for all the memories he left with me and my family.
