Joel W. 'Johnny' Cranford, Jr., age 67 of Robbins died Sunday (October 17, 2010) at FirstHeath Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst.
Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday at Pine Rest Cemetery in Robbins conducted by the Rev. Mike Weber.
Johnny was a son of the late Joel W. Cranford and Helen Bulla Cranford. He was a US Army Veteran and a graduate of UNC Pembroke. For many years he worked in Randolph County as a heath inspector. He was a loving brother and uncle.
He is survived by: sister Jan Kennedy of Lumberton; brother Randy Cranford of Pinehurst.
The family will receive friends at Kennedy Funeral Home Monday from 6:00 - 8:00 PM.

I have just learned of Joel’s passing. I worked with him in Randolph County when we were health inspectors. I am sorry for Joel’s passing.
