ROBBINS: Johnny R. Ritter 61 of 111 John M. Rd. died Wednesday July 30,2008 in Virginia.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday August 4,2008 at Smyrna United Methodist Church where he was a member with the Rev. Tal Madison and Allen Hale officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Military Honors provided by the Randolph County Hornor Guard.
He was a native of Moore County; he was a former truck driver for Harrelson Rubber Co. in Asheboro and was employed by Chief Express in Seagrove as a truck driver. He was an Army Veteran where he served in the Vietnam War. His parents preceded him in death: Parker and Angie Ritter, brothers Willard, Tracy, and Lacy Ritter.
Family will receive friends from 6:30 - 8:30 P.M. Sunday, August 3,2008 at Kennedy Funeral Home in Robbins and all other times at the home of his brother Billy Ritter 153 John M. Rd. Robbins.

I was very saddened to learn ofJohnny\’s death. Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to the family. He will truly be missed at Chief Express. I don\’t know of anybody that enjoyed working any better than him. He always had something nice to say to everybody. O
