Joseph G. Nobles, age 65 of Carthage went to be with Jesus Sunday (August 23, 2015) at his home.

 

A native of Lenoir County and was a veteran in the US Army during the Vietnam Era. Joe was graduate of Central Carolina Community College and worked many years at Central Carolina Hospital in Sanford as a Respiratory Therapist.

He was preceded in death by his parents James P. and Clara Johnston Nobles and brother Jimmy Nobles.

 

He is survived by his wife of 31 years Hope Patterson Nobles; daughters Holly Eldridge of Cameron, Rebecca and husband Dr. Kenneth Ring of Charleston, SC; brother Henry Nobles and wife Lorie of Pink Hill; grandchildren Zachary, Jordan, Ann-Marie, Greyson and Joel.

 

Memorials may be made to: First Baptist Church Carthage,  P.O. Box 824, Carthage, NC 28327.

 

As was his request there will be no visitation or services held.  Family requests for prayers of comfort and peace.
