Judi Richardson Ackerman

Judi Richardson Ackerman 64 of 160 Palomino Rd. Carthage died Friday (2-11-2011) at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill.
Memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday February 15, 2011 at Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church with the Reverend Jim Stalnaker officiating.
Judi spent over 40 years as a nurse working in CA., VA.and FL. before retiring to NC where she continued to provide care to many friends and family.
Surviving are her husband Ed Ackerman of the home; step-mother Lorraine Richardson of Carthage; 5 sisters, Bonnie Garin of Reston, VA; Betty Aldred of Norge, VA; Carol Richardson of Carthage; Elaine Gouker and Patricia Plessinger both of Robbins; 1 brother James Richardson of Sunset Harbor; several nieces and nephews.
The family will recieve friends in the church fellowship hall after the service.
