Judith Ann Teel, 75, of Pinehurst, passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2019 after several years of declining health.
Judith was born October 26, 1944 in Durham, NC. She was an only child of the late Zeno Brown and Mary Martin Teel. Having finished Northern High School in 1963, she initially attended East Carolina University before joining her parents in New York City. There she studied at the New York School of Interior Design, located in the Flat Iron Building. She enjoyed the many cultural opportunities available in the city.
Judy was a kind, generous person, who devoted her life to family and many rescued pets. The family sincerely appreciates the care provided by Aging Outreach Services and Hospice.
She is survived by several cousins and a supportive friend, Dianne Barrett.
A Graveside Celebration of Judy’s Life will be 2:00 PM Saturday, January 18, 2020 in the Chapel at Pinelawn Memorial Park Mausoleum with Dr. David Helms officiating.
