Judy Lynn Doby Foster, age 68, passed away at her home on Thursday, October 3, 2024, surrounded by her family.
Born, November 26, 1955, in Moore County, NC. She was the daughter of the late Floyd Moultry Doby and Martha Louise Bibey Doby.
Judy is remembered as a strong loving woman that loved her grandchildren deeply. She enjoyed puzzles, crossword games, taking trips to the mountains/beaches, but mostly, cooking good food for her family.
In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her husband, Danny Ray Foster Sr. and her two sons: David Cagle and Danny Foster Jr., son-in-law, Curtis Ray Bullard, grandsons, Gunner Parks and David Ray Bullard, and her brother, Wayne Dills.
She is survived by her three sons: James Dills, Brian Jeffries (Amanda Bibey), and Bradley (Jennifer) Foster, and daughter, Crystal (Randolph) Bullard; grandchildren: Amber, Jeremy, Curtis, Kirk, Haley, Caleb, Nathan, Caiden, Chris, Josh, Elena, and Lynn; great-grandchildren: Nick, Elijah, J.W., Reign, Paris, and Leilani, her sister, Tina Dills and brothers: Tommy (Karen) and Tim (Lisa) Dills.
A visitation will be held prior to the service at 1 p.m. at Hall’s Memorial Church in Carthage. A funeral service will follow at 2 p.m., officiated by Pastor John Stinnett. Judy’s committal; will immediately follow the service at Lamms Grove Cemetery on Lamms Grove Rd in Carthage.

She will be missed and she was loved by all that knew her. I know she is gone to be with Louise in heaven now.

You were Vonnie and my after school care, and although I couldn’t stand making my bed and cleaning my room every afternoon I still loved the fact that you were there for us.
As we aged , you never missed greeting me and hugging my neck no matter where we were. Even if you were a heels fan
I’ll miss your bright eyes and warm smile.
