Kathleen Barbara Leffew, age 85 of Carthage died Sunday (May 22, 2016) at her home.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, May 26, 2016 1:00 pm at Fry & Prickett Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service.
Born in Derby, England to the late Fred Ewart and Emma Burrows Goshawk she worked in various jobs with Civil Service.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Brown of Carthage; sons Phillip Leffew of Waxhaw and Dirk Leffew of Metamora, IN; her companion Al Brumitt; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
