Lena Davis Salmon, age 92, a resident of Tara Plantation, died Monday, July 27, 2009 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital.
Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday at Cross Hill Cemetery with Dr. Al Martin officiating. The family will receive friends at Fry and Prickett Funeral Home on Tuesday from 6:00 - 8:00 PM and other times at the home of Billy and Patsy Salmon, 148 Bethlehem Church Road, Carthage.
A native of Moore County she was preceded in death by her husband, Merriman T. Salmon
She is survived by her sons; Tommy and wife, Helen Salmon; Billy and wife, Patsy Salmon and Joe Salmon, all of Carthage; Five grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
