In loving memory of baby Lorenzo Martinez Hernandez, three months old, who passed away May 1, 2021 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital.
Lorenzo was a loving baby with a beautiful smile. He was loved by many and made a huge impact on our lives.
He is survived by parents: Sommer Lynn Warren and Eduardo Martinez Hernandez; sister: Arianna Rose Hernandez; paternal grandparents: Sandra Martinez Hernandez and Rogelio Marie Rivera; maternal grandparents: Rhonda Lynn Hancock and Jason Robert Warren; aunts, uncles, godparents and many more.
Funeral Mass 2:30 PM, Friday, May 7, 2021 at San Juan Diego Catholic Mission Church, followed by burial at Pine Rest Cemetery, Robbins, NC.
Kennedy Funeral Home is serving the Hernandez family.

Lorenzo u where only here For a short time but just know u touched alot of people and are loved by alot of people too.. I’m sure going to miss that awesome smile u always gave us..
