Louise Wicker

Louise Styers Wicker, 75, died Wednesday February 24, 2010 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday in the Chapel of Powell Funeral Home with Rev. Don Ballinger officiating. Burial will follow at Bethesda Cemetery.
Born March 1, 1934 in Moore County she was a daughter of the late Hugh and Jona Corriner Styers, wife of the late Ed Wicker and sister of the late Billy Styers.
Mrs. Wicker and her Sister were the owners of the family business, Styers Furniture and she was a member of Ives Memorial Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Joy M. Fields and husband, Jimmy of Aberdeen, a sister, JoAnn S. Gaylean of Aberdeen, two granddaughters, Holly Roberts and husband, Brian of Easley, SC, Kelly Booker and husband, Steve of Aberdeen, nine great grandchildren, Megan, Joshua, Caleb, Mandalyn, Daniel, DeAnna, Taylor, Justin, and Kourtney and a nephew, Mark Gaylean
The family will be receiving friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at Powell Funeral Home in Southern Pines.
