Lucille Purvis Dunn age 85, or 594 Murray Hill Road, Southern Pines, formerly of Robbins died Saturday (11/28/2009) at Pinelake Health and Rehab.
Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM Wednesday (December 2, 2009) at Mt. Zion Methodist Church in Bennett with Rev. Jimmy Shirlen and Rev. Charles Rowland officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
She was a native of Moore County and was formerly employed by J. P Stevens Inc. She was also a beautician at K-Mart for years and was a practical nurse at Magnolia Gardens.
Surviving are sisters, Rachel Cagle of Robbins and Allene Tillman of Robbins and one grandson.
The family will receive friends at the church from 1:30- 3:00 PM prior to the service.
