Michael Richard Cusano, age 91, passed away on February 23, 2025, at Moore Regional Hospital.
Michael was born in Hoboken, New Jersey to the late Joseph and Anna Brand Cusano. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his youngest son, Peter Joseph Cusano; brother, Harry Cusano, and sister, Marie Miltner.
He is survived by his daughter, Karen Cusano, of Whispering Pines; son, Thomas Cusano and his wife, Melanie, of Charlotte; and three granddaughters.
A funeral mass will be held on Friday, February 28, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Peter Joseph Cusano Foundation, funds may be mailed to 16 Fairway Drive, Whispering Pines, NC 28327.
The care of Mr. Cusano has been entrusted to Fry and Pricket Funeral Home.
