Michael Robert Punch
November 7, 1954 ~ February 23, 2018
Michael Robert Punch, age 63 of Whispering Pines, NC died Friday, February 23, 2018 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst.
A native of Syracuse, NY he was born a son of the late Robert Edward and Joan M. Dudden Punch. He was a mechanic and worked for Bristol-Meyers in Syracuse for many years before moving to Moore County, NC. After moving he worked several years at Unilever in Raeford.
He enjoyed NASCAR, drag racing and loved his birds, dogs and cats.
He is survived by a his brother Dennis T. Punch and wife Susan of Williamstown, NY; sister Patricia A. Punch of Whispering Pines; daughter Courtney L. Light and husband Brian of Evansville, IN; grandchildren Cameron and Alyssa Light; several nieces.
At the request of Mr. Punch there will be no services held.
