Nancy Chriscoe Bibey
God in all His loving mercy called Nancy Bibey home on Tuesday, June 26, 2018. She was surrounded by her children and loved ones.
A loving mother of seven children, she was a devoted homemaker and loved the simple things in life. Family was her passion and always her priority. The blessings of that focus is the gift she has left her children. She was the picture of elegance, faith and love always putting forth her best in a gracious and respectful manner. She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Bill Bibey in 2000 and her grandson, John Dupree, Jr.
She is survived by her children, Dianne Dupree (John), Pam Taylor, Jayne McGill, Gwen Laskowski (John), The Honorable Steve Bibey (Myong Hui), Jerry Bibey and Rick Bibey (Linda); 18 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; a sister, Josephine Rowland a brother, Roger Chriscoe and her loving caretaker, Carolyn Degraffenreaidt.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 28, 2018 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Fry & Prickett Funeral Home. Funeral service for family and relatives will begin at 2:00 pm at Holly Grove Primitive Baptist Church.
Memorials may be made to FirstHealth Hospice, 150 Applecross Road, Pinehurst, NC 28374.

Dennis and I were so sorry to hear of your mom’s passing. May fond memories bring you comfort during this difficult time.
Nancy was always so friendly where ever you met her, a very pleasant and beautiful woman. She will be missed by all!

Nancy Bibey was a fine person in every sense of the word, and you can see testament of that by the fine children that she and Bill turned out.-Â Deepest sympathy to all the family.
