Norma Patterson Goforth, age 66 of Carthage died Sunday at Peak Resource âa‚¬' Pinelake.
A memorial graveside service will be held at a later date in Farmville, VA.
A native of Farmville she was a daughter of the late Albert George Watson Preston Patterson and Naomi Pearl Loveday Patterson and was a homemaker. She was a member of the American Legion Axillary Unit # 72 in Aberdeen.
She is survived by: her husband William C. Goforth of Farmville; daughters Helen Kellis and husband Rora of Vass, Pamela Wagner and husband Jan of Charlotte Courthouse, VA; son William Goforth, Jr. and wife Sheila of Farmville; 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Shorters Funeral Home will be handling the service. Family Night will be Wensday night from 6pm to 8pm at Shorters Funeral Home and Graveside services will be Thursday at 11am at Trinity Memorial Gardens.
