Ms. Phillips was a native of Moore County. Pamela is survived by her mother: Christine Spinks Stewart, brother: Duncan Stewart of Siler City, sister: Lisa S. Minor, nephew: Delan Minor, niece: Christa Minor and great niece: Khloe Marley, of Robbins.
The family will receive friends at the home of Christine S. Stewart.
Kennedy Funeral Home is assisting the Stewart family.
