Paul Wesley McLeod 93, passed away Monday, January 25, 2021 at Sandy Ridge Rehabilitation Center, Candor, NC.
Graveside Service will be 2:00 PM, Sunday, January 31, 2021 at Crossroads Baptist Church Cemetery, where he was a member, with the Reverend Curtis Barbery officiating.
Paul enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He loved the Lord and his church family. Paul enjoyed “making Music” and playing his harmonica. He retired from GE/Black & Decker, where he was a line technician. He was a son of the late Lillie Jane and Eldon McLeod and was preceded in death by his wife, Jeanette McLeod and sisters: Edna Reynolds, Alma Cagle, Ruby Davis, Grace Toler; brother: Rex McLeod.
Paul is survived by daughters: Rhonda Boyette and husband Norman, of Franklinton; Iris Sheffield and husband Butch, of Wake Forest, Doris Cheek and husband Jerry, of Hillsborough; son: Danny McLeod and wife Vicky, of Robbins; 10 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren; sister: Loretta Garner; brothers: Hubert McLeod, Odell McLeod, Rayvon McLeod.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the church he loved so much,Crossroads Baptist Church.
Kennedy Funeral Home is assisting the McLeod Family.

Prayers for the family. Paul was a blessing to our family. He was faithful to his church. He loved playing his harmonicas. He and I played for the church together for 55 years. He really enjoyed music. He will be missed but we will meet again.

Paul was a precious man. He was a good and faithful servant of our Savior. A great example for us to follow.
