Peggy Garner Allred 79, died Friday, March 20, 2015 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital, Pinehurst, NC.  

 

Funeral services will be 3:00 PM, Monday, March 23, 2015 at Robbins First Baptist Church with the Reverend James Cagle and Reverend Kenneth McNeill officiating.  Burial will follow in Pine Rest cemetery.   

 

Peggy was a native of Moore County, who loved spending time with her family and her church family, taking bus trips and cooking.  She was a loving  mother and grandmother.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Curtis and Cora Garner.

 

Peggy is survived by son: Randy Allred and wife Carol, of Robbins; grandchildren: Jonathan Allred and wife Crystal; Margalene Pait and husband Richard, John Hess III and wife Samantha, Karen Deaver and husband Christopher; great grandchildren: Emily, Molly, Jackson, Eli; sisters: Dot Dangerfield, Betty Whitt; brother James Garner and wife Rachel.

 

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM on Sunday, March 22, 2015 at Kennedy Funeral Home.

 

Memorials  may be made to Robbins First Baptist Church, P O Box 400, Robbins, NC 27325 .

 

Kennedy Funeral Home is assisting the Allred Family.

  1. So sorry for your loss. Ms. Peggy often came at the same time my mom did to get her fixed at the beauty shop. Always loved listening to her. She was so friendly and had a good outlook despite her physical difficulties. She will be missed. Sending prayers

  2. Peggy was a wonderful friend and strong church supporter of the Robbins First Baptist Church with our own Mother, Mary Jane Cockman. They were life long friends and we all grew up loving Peggy. god has received another angel. The Children of June and Mary

  3. Losing a loved one is never easy. And the pain at times seem unbearable. Your family is not alone. Jesus gave is life for us so that we may live again. While we are waiting for that time to come. We can turn to God word in the Bible at Rev.21:3,4.
