Raymond C. Elliott

Raymond Cecil Elliott, age 84, of Robbins passed away Thursday, September 3, 2026 at FirstHealth Hospice House in Pinehurst. 

A lifelong resident of Moore County he was a son of the late Irva and Viola Dennis Elliott. Raymond served in the US Navy and worked as an electrical technician for many years. He retired from Pinehurst Public Works. 

He was preceded in death by a daughter Parrish Elliott; brothers Clayton and Grier Elliott and a sister Johnsie Phillips. 

He is survived by his wife Kay Brown Elliott; daughter Bethany Phillips and husband George; sons Joseph Elliott and wife Lynn of Asheboro, Malcolm Elliott and Adam Elliott both of Robbins; grandchildren Lacey Phillips, Madison Phillips, PFC Jacob Elliott, Hunter Elliott.  

The family will receive friends at Kennedy Funeral Home on Monday, September 7 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. and other times at the home. Funerals services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Pleasant View Friends Church.
