Gonna miss you Broom. Godspeed. For some uncanny reason it seemed that every time I visited the Princeton Record Exchange in the 90’s I would run into Kevin there. What a small world it was back then. The memory I’ll hold onto the most was his scene stealing role in the 1983 MHS production of South Pacific.
Thoughts and prayers for all of you family members and friends.

Our condolences to all the family members. So sad such a young man.
You will be in our thoughts and prayers.
My sincerest condolences to the whole family. Thoughts and prayers are with you.
I am heartbroken to learn of Kevin’s passing. What a profound loss of such a great mind and talented individual. Although we had not spoken recently, I considered him a dear friend and I shall miss him greatly.
Sending my sincere condolences to the family.
Montgomery being such a small town we knew and hung out with multiple grades. Not sure I was able to call him Broom, but remember him well.
A big hello to Doug and deep condolences to the entire family
Broom had the driest sense of humor, and the most brilliant mind. He got me through all my chemistry requirements in nursing school. The only payment Kevin would accept was a home-cooked meal and a bag of milanos each week. He was truly a humble genius. He will be sorely missed by so many! My deepest condolences and prayers to Kevin’s family.
Kevin was a gifted Neurologist and he will be missed by patients and colleagues alike. Deepest condolences to his Family.
Dr. Ryan you were such a joy to work with. You were so funny & such a goof ball, you were also a great doctor with your patients! You made a difference in many of your patients lives & they miss you so much! I pray you’re resting peacefully. I am also praying for your family & friends! May our heavenly father give them comfort & strength during this time. Coastal will always love & miss you! Rest peacefully Dr. Ryan! You will be missed <3
Someone as special as Dr. Ryan will never be forgotten. He will remain in our hearts forever.
He will be sorely missed! Our deepest condolences and prayers to Dr. Ryan’s Family.
Sincere condolences to the Ryans from the Ryans. We have happy memories of a young Kevin gracing our Montgomery home with his wonderful sense of humor. He was part of a great group of classmates that knew how to enjoy life while still excelling at studies, and, of course, D&D. RIP Broom. Too short a time on this earth.
Amazing thanks allin1.cx
I am totally gutted to learn about friend Broom. One of the great ones from MHS. Thank you for all the photos to see a glimpse of the Man, Father, and Doctor Kevin became.
Praying peace and comfort for the whole Ryan family.

Thank you, Kevin for keeping me laughing on the school bus, introducing me to cool bands like King Crimson, Joe Jackson, and Elvis Costello, and our neighborhood caroling at Christmas. I still have the (very funny) card you gave me for my 16th birthday…thank you for your wonderful dry wit, and your warmth.
I had the pleasure of being Dr Ryan’s Medical Assistant this past year. He was a brilliant, caring, and funny, man. No matter what kind of day it was, Dr. Ryan always ended the day with gratitude and appreciation.
My sincerest condolences to his family and loved ones. ♡ He will be forever missed.
Hello,
I remember Kevin as very intellectual but also pleasantly down-to-earth. I also appreciated his dedication to the public schools.
Blessings to him and his family.
