Riki Oneda Morley, age 92, passed away at her daughter’s home in Sanford on Friday, July 23, 2021.
Riki was born in Japan on July 28, 1928.
She worked on the family dairy farm and spent her time raising her two kids whom she loved very much.
Riki was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years: Charles William Morley.
Riki is survived by her two children: Riki Elaine Morley of Sanford, William “Bill” Morley of Carthage; sister: Amy Renfrow of New York; three grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
Her body will lie in state on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 from 2-5 pm at Fry & Prickett Funeral Home. A service will be held on Thursday July 29, 2021 at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery in Spring Lake at 11 am.

We are sorry to hear of Ms. Morley’s passing. She was one of the kindest ladies I knew. Her laughter and giggle so cute it would always make you smile, and if she wasn’t smiling she was trying to feed you. (Generous soul and kind hearted) She loved her family. Just thought the world of this little lady. It was certainly a privilege to have known her. My sincere condolences to Billy and Riki – it is never easy losing your mother. Prayers and love being sent.
