Robert Dillard Rickman, age 55, passed away Wednesday at his residence.
A memorial service is planned for 3:00 pm on Friday (10/19/2012) at 409 Barrett Street, Carthage, NC.
A native of Virginia he was the son of Otis Dillard Rickman and Emily Fitzgerald Rickman of Virginia. He was a US Marine veteran and worked in construction.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughter, Heather Rickman of Florence, Alabama and a son, Quinton Rickman of Buchanan, Virginia and special friend, Tricia Daw of Carthage; two sisters, Linda Kelly and Sandra Rickman both of Virginia and a brother, Steve Rickman also of Virginia.
