Robert L. "Bobby" Cole, age 64 of Craines Creek Road died Tuesday at UNC Hospital In Chapel Hill.
A memorial service will be 2:00 PM Friday at Cameron Presbyterian Church conducted by the Rev. Teri McDowell-Ott.
A native of Moore County he was a son of the late Alton Cole and Mallie Bennett Cole. He worked for many years in textiles.
He is survived by: his spouse Earline Cole; daughter Joan McDermott of Robbins; Wendy Jameson of Asheboro; sisters Katie Frye and husband June of Carthage, Carolyn Talbert and Husband James of Whispering Pines; grandchildren Crystal, Jim, Jeremiah, Justin and Jodi; great-grandson Corbin.
The family will receive friends at Fry and Prickett Funeral Home Thursday from 6:00 - 8:00 PM.
