Robert "Rob" Speer, age 23 of 149 Freeman Road died Monday morning from injuries sustained in an automobile accident while on his way to work.
Funeral Services 3:00 PM Friday at Harvest Church of God conducted by Pastor William Mears. Burial will follow in Cross Hill Cemetery.
A native Moore County he was a dedicated chef at Sagebrush Steakhouse and Macs Breakfast Anytime. He was a loving son and boyfriend.
He is survived by: his girlfriend of five years Heather Dee of Carthage; mother Terria Brewer of the home; father Robert Speer of Carthage sisters Crystal Speer of NY, Miranda Agnew of Kernersville; maternal grandparents Eloise and Ralph Ward of Ellerbe; paternal grandmother Ruth Speer of West End; step grandmother Eunice Brewer of Star.
The family will receive friends at Fry and Prickett Funeral Home Thursday from 6:00 —8:00 PM and other times at the residence.

  1. There are no words to describe the loss of a life ended too soon. Robbie was a wonderful person and bother.
    I can remember when his sister Crystal was born. He was afraid to hold her because he thought she would break. He would sit beside her
