Rodney James Spivey, 41, of 113 Greenleaf Road, died Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at his home.
Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 PM, Saturday, September 17, 2011 at Browns Chapel Christian Church with the Reverend Michael Parenti officiating. Burial will follow in the Family Cemetery.
Rodney was a graduate of North Moore High School. He was a civilian Contractor for the Department of Defense. He loved hunting and served on the High Falls Fire Department.
He is survived by his wife Denise, of the home; his parents, JC and Judy Spivey, of Robbins; daugthers: Brianna Legg and husband Ernie, of Vass, Samantha Nooe, of Troy, Cynthia Spivey and husband Jose Sanchez, of Robbins; son: Justin Potts, of Vass; sisters: Theresa Kostick and husband Dan, of Robbins, Brenda Maness and husband Ricky, of Seagrove; grandmother, Mabel Hall, of Robbins.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Friday, September 16, 2011 at Kennedy Funeral Home and at other times at the home.
Memorials may be made to Fidelity Bank, Rodney Spivey fund, Robbins.
