Sandra Strother McDaniel, 64, died Thursday March 18, 2010 in Lillington.
A private service will be held. Powell Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Born August 14, 1945 in Wilmington she was a daughter of the late Lee and Kate Lamb Strother and was preceded in death by her son, Douglas Lanham.
She is survived by a daughter, Patrice McDaniel of Aberdeen, and a son, Stewart McDaniel of Pinebluff, two sisters, Barbara Whitaker-Mays of Pinehurst and Brenda Knelson of Morehead City, a brother, Philip Strother of Aberdeen, and five grandchildren.
