Sarah Blue McCaskill, age 92 of the 2889 Farmlife School Road died Thursday (October 18, 2007) at her residence.
Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Sunday at Eureka Presbyterian Church conducted by Rev. Richard Rodda. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
A native of Moore County she was a daughter of the late Rev. Daniel Archie Blue and Claudia Jane Blue. For many years she worked in food service at Farmlife School and later retired from food service at St. Joseph of the Pines. She was preceded in death by her husband Tom McCaskill and a sister Myra Williams.
She is survived by: sons Lee McCaskill, Blue McCaskill and Ralph McCaskill all of Carthage; one niece Margaret Fennell of Hope Mills; six grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends following the service in the church fellowship hall and other times at the residence.
