Lester Steven Boyte (Steve) 64, passed away Sunday,March 4, 2018 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital, Pinehurst, NC.
Graveside Memorial Service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, March 10, 2018 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Southern Pines, NC., with the Reverend Greg Newton officiating.
Steve was a native of Moore County and a graduate of Pinecrest High School. He worked in the automotive industry for many years. Later he operated a tool business for Cornwell Tools. Steve enjoyed being outdoors, riding his motorcycle or hunting. He was a free sprint, who loved animals and enjoyed life. He was preceded in death by his mother: Ruby Spainhour Boyte.
Steve is survived by father: Charlie Boyte, Jr.; sister: Linda Boyte Brock; aunt: Betty Ingram, husband David and many cousins.
Memorials may be made to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, P O Box 386, Southern Pines, NC 28387.
