Stoney Horner 45, died Thursday April 12, 2012 at his residence.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday April 15, 2012 at Rock Hill Friends Church, Eagle Springs, NC, with the Reverend Tom Powers officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mr Horner was a loving father and husband. He enjoyed working with his hands and was a small engine mechanic. He loved the outdoors and fishing. He was preceded in death by his father Wilbert Horner.
Stoney is survived by his wife of 26 years, Wanda, of the home, daughter: Crystal, of Robbins, son: Justin Horner and wife Keller, of Southern Pines, mother: Brenda Hudson, of Albemarle, brother: Ricky Williams, of Robbins, half brother: Wesley Horner, of Robbins.
Family will receive friends for 6-8 PM Saturday, April 14, 2012 at Kennedy Funeral Home, Robbins, NC and at other times at the home.
Memorial may be made to Rock Hill Friends Church, 148 Hwy 705 South, Eagle Springs, NC 27242.
