High Falls:
Swannie E. Brady, 88 of High Falls, died Friday, March 07, 2008 at Tara Plantation in Carthage, NC.
Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM. Sunday, March 9, 2008 at Prosperity Friends Meeting, where she was a member on River Road, near High Falls, with the Rev. Michael Fulp officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Reception in fellowship hall following service.
Mrs. Brady was retired from Collins & Aikman Corp. A lifetime member of Prosperity Friends Meeting, she served as an Elder and Sunday School teacher. She was an active member of the United Society of Friends Women.
Surviving are: son, Bill Scott and wife Judy of West End.
Grandsons: Doug Scott and wife Jennifer of Charlotte and Drew Scott of Houston, Tx.
Great- grandsons: Tyler Scott and Harrison Scott of Charlotte, step-children: Virginia Comer of Seagrove and Malcom Brady of Gibsonville.

To Swannie\’s family, I worked with Swannie for many uears at Collins and Aikman and always found her to be a sweet lady. I thank God for her long life. She was always very kind to me.
