Robbins:
Tessie S. Garner, 75 of 2080 Cedar Hill Rd. died Sunday, March 29, 2009 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital, Pinehurst.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM. Wednesday, April 1, 2009 at Smyrna United Methodist Church, where she was a member, with the Rev. Tal Madison officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Garner was a native of Moore County; she was a retired Poultry Farmer, her husband Roland Garner preceded her in death.
Surviving is: daughters Bernice Presnell and husband Fred of Robbins, Lynn brewer and husband James of Troy and Melissa Thompson and husband David of Robbins.
Sisters: Stella Spencer and Lois Moore both of Asheboro.
Grandchildren: Christina Allison of Robbins, Meredith Freeman of Eagle Springs, Stefanie Brewer of Troy and Tyler Thompson of Robbins.
Great-grandchildren: Bryson Freeman and Colton Freeman both of Eagle Springs and Justin Allison of Robbins.
