Thelma Ritter Brewer, 87, of 260 Rockingham Street, died Thursday April 22, 2010 at
First Health Moore Regional Hospital.
A Memorial Service honoring her life will be held at 4:00 PM Sunday, April 25, 2010 at Tabernacle United Methodist Church where she was a member. Reverend Johnny Frye and Reverend Mike Weber will be officiating.
Mrs. Brewer was a native of Robbins and worked in the Savings and Loan Industry for many years. She was member of the Church Choir and served on the Social Services Board of Moore County.
She was preceded in death by her husband, June Brewer.
She is survived by her daughter Kitty Spillman and husband Robert of Raleigh and two grandchildren Robert Spillman, Jr of Wilmington, N. C. and Andrew Spillman of Raleigh.
The family will receive friends after the Memorial service in the church fellowship hall.

When I think of Thelma, I remember all the adventures we shared at Elmcroft. I don\’t suppose to have favorites, but she was at the top of my list. I sent Rick over to check on her many times after she left and we kept in touch. She will be remembered and
