Theresa Wormek Kiwala Ortelli, 86, died Friday, September 4, 2009 at The Inn at Quail Haven.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday September 14 at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pinehurst.
Born April 17, 1923 in St. Louis, MO she was a daughter of the late Michael and Theresa Golomski Wormek and wife of the late Bruno Ortelli.
Theresa was an active member of Sacred Heart Parish in Pinehurst since 1985, Perpetual Adorer since 1994, a Parish greeter, a member of the Women of Sacred Heart, and Knight of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary (Sunshine Chair).
She is survived by her daughter Jackie Ortelli, one son, Steve Kiwala, step-son, Gordon Ortelli, grandsons, Lt. Col. Michael Ortelli and James Ortelli, great granddaughters, Bailey and Cailyn Ortelli, niece, Judy Filla, nephew, Rev. Joseph Wormek. Friends and family of many in St. Louis, Pinehurst, and Quail Haven Village.
