Born December 26, 1921 in Bettendorf, Iowa he was a son of the late Thomas and Alice Sherwood Jennings. He is survived by his wife, Joyce P. Jennings of Southern Pines, two sons, Barry Jennings of Solon, IA and Keith Jennings of Cedar Rapids, IA, three granddaughters and three great grandsons.
