Victoria Rodriguez, age 80, died at First Health Moore Regional Hospital on Sunday, November 21, 2021. She was born in Puerto Rico in 1941, by the age of 5, the family moved to Brooklyn, New York,  where she and her 8 siblings were raised. Victoria was the eldest daughter of nine children, born to the late Eleuterio and Georgina (Roldan) Rodriguez.

Victoria brought warmth, lots of love, laughter and joy to all around her. She was a giver of her time and immense love to her family. She was a dedicated employee, giving her focus of care and compassion as a residential aid worker, for many years at the Oak Hill Home for the Blind in Connecticut . Victoria loved to travel, visit the casinos to try a bit of luck, and have lots of fun. She was known for her love of rice and beans and pasteles. She was a treasure and source of light, a true friend, a sweet sister, and a wonderful mom.

She is survived by her sons; Steven Erazo and Michael Hernandez. Victoria will be dearly missed by her siblings, five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

  1. Aunt Vicky was one of the first to accept Jay into our family. She loved Bella Bear immensely and could not get enough of my little Logan. I miss her deeply and wish I could tell her I love her one last time. I know she is in Heaven with Abuelita and Abuelito. She will be missed for along time to come.

Your granddaughter bee loves you and will never forget you and the love you had for her sending u our blessing of god. Mom I will miss you and I will not stop for the justice of really what happen to you if your sister where taking so wonderful care of you why where you left alone and falling serval times my brother had to come home from work to get you off the floor instead of the nurse and cna that where provide by your insurance that you work so hard lol your life I’ll be coming back to find out what really happen to you mom. And who ever wrote this cheap ass obituary didn’t know my mom one bit fake ass family

Hi mom we miss you so much and it was a shame I drove down there to see you and to plan a funeral and instead I had to call the different hospitals to find what funeral parlor my mom was at or my brother my aunt Rosie comes into my mom house to remove meds to take to the pharmacy who does that and my other aunt Ida had a so call will that isn’t filed at probate court so I have an attorney that will be investigating this matter further and have my best interest at hand

Your granddaughter bee misses u so much every day nana she wish you could be here to see her achievements she just got her permit to drive and has a job you would be so proud of the young lady she has become.
