Seagrove: William Graham Garner 82 of 3524 Busbee Rd. died Saturday March 13, 2010 at First Health Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday March 16,2010 at Needhams Grove Baptist Church where he was a member with the Rev. James Cockram and the Rev. Arnold Comer officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
He was a native of Moore County, was a retired employee of the Department of Transportation for North Carolina with 28 years of service. He was a avid out doorsman, enjoyed nascar racing. He loved his children and all of his grandchildren. He loved life to the fullest. He was preceded in death by his parents Will and Martha Garner and son Randy Garner.
Surviving are: Wife Henrietta Moore Garner of the home, daughters Carol Culler and husband Harold of Seagrove, Beverly Culler and husband Wesley of Seagrove, sons Stevie Garner of Seagrove, Eddie Garner and wife Martha of Seagrove, daughter in law Sarah Yarborough of Robbins. Grandchildren Wendy Mattson and husband Kurt , Billy Joe Garner, Travis Chriscoe, Jeremy Davis, Jessica Garner, Rachel Garner, Ethan Garner, great grandchildren Maybrie Mattson and Katlyn Garner.
Family will receive friends from 7-9 P.M. Monday March 15,2010 at Kennedy Funeral Home in Robbins and at all other times at the home.
Memorials may be made to Needhams Grove Baptist Church building fund 359 Needhams Grove Rd. Seagrove,NC 27341
