William Wesley Key 79, was welcomed into Paradise by his loving wife, Allie S. Key on Wednesday, June 8, 2016.
They spent many years dedicated to Parsons Grove United Methodist Church. They enjoyed gospel singings in the mountains, visiting the Outer Banks with friends and family gatherings. She tolerated his turkey hunting trips, which brought him so much joy. He was a beloved father, grandfather, great grandfather and great great grandfather. Wes was born May 11, 1937 to the late Jeff and Elise Talbert Key.
Memorial Service will be 2 :00 PM, Father’s Day, June 19, 2106 at Parsons Grove United Methodist Church, where he was a member, with the Reverend Bucky Davis officiating.
Wes is survived by daughters: Cathy Williams, of Star, Carrie Brock and husband Harold, of Robbins, Gail Muscarella and husband Vince, of Cameron, Wendy Locklear and husband Joe, of Candor, Amy Coggins and husband Ted, of Candor; brother: Glenn Key of Biscoe.
The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 PM on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at Kennedy Funeral Home, Robbins, NC.
