Willie Earl Williamson, 72 formerly of Carthage died Wednesday (October 24, 2007 in Texas.
A memorial service will be held 3:00 PM Sunday (November 11, 2007) at Summer Hill Baptist Church conducted by Pastor Leonard Moore. The family will receive friends in the fellowship hall following the service.
A native of Moore County he was a son of the late Ellis and Eva Williamson. A retired truck driver he was a veteran of the USAF and was an avid NASCAR fan.
He is survived by: his wife Essie; son, Willie E. Williamson, Jr.; daughters, Jeannie Anderson and husband, Kerry, Kay Barton and husband, Alan all of Ft. Worth; sisters Ruby Holder of Carthage and Annie Whitt of Cameron; brother Garland Williamson of Carthage; grandchildren, Shantal Smith, April Smith, Chris Hughes, Jessica Hill, Brandon Hughes; several great-grand children; and loving friends.
