Willie Howard Crutchfield, age 92, died Monday, October 6, 2014 at FirstHealth Hospice House, Pinehurst, NC.
Graveside services, with Military Honors, will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at Union Presbyterian Church Cemetery conducted by the Rev. Kathryn Dudley. The family will receive friends following the service in the church fellowship hall.
A native of Moore County, he was a son of the late James Abner and Annie Mae Frye Crutchfield . He was a World War II veteran and retired from the United States Army after 20 years of service. He was preceded in death by his 6 siblings.
He is survived by nieces and nephews and many friends.
