Alburn Wall

CARTHAGE
Alburn Wall, age 83, of Carthage died today at his residence.
Graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Monday at Red Branch Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Scott McInnis officiating.
A native of Moore County, he was the son of the late Eugene Wall and Vora Crissman Wall and a US Army veteran. He was a farmer by trade growing tobacco, poultry and forestry. He was an avid golfer and was a member of the "Over The Hill Gang" at Ponderosa Golf Course. He was preceded in death by a brother, Posey Wall.
Survivors include his wife, Geraldine Marshall Wall; a daughter, Peggy Morris of Carthage; sons, Dannie A. Wall of Carthage and Michael G Wall of Cameron; sisters, Veda Hurley and Ruth Davis both of Carthage; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Sunday from 6:00 - 7:00 PM at Fry and Prickett Funeral Home.
